✅ 7-Day Easy Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • For any exchange request, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel.

📦 Parcel Damage Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • Please record a clear parcel opening video from start to finish.
  • Without an unboxing video, damage or missing item claims will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

If you want to return a product, you can exchange it for:

  • Another item available on our website
  • The same product in a different size or color (subject to availability)

Exchange courier charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
